Bio:
Jean-Marc has been working on viral vector process development throughout his career. At Janssen, he contributed to health authority filings for 2 CAR-T therapeutics through his work on LV upstream process development. Prior to that, at AGTC, he drove clonal isolation and upstream process optimization for HSV and AAV. Jean-Marc holds an ScM in Molecular Microbiology and Immunology from Johns Hopkins and a PhD in Molecular Virology and Microbiology from University of Pittsburgh. As Director of Application Technologies, Jean-Marc has leveraged his immense expertise in viral vector process development to help Culture’s clients accelerate their time to GMP.
